By accessing this website or placing an order with Scazio Studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Products

All items are handmade and/or made to order. Variations in color, materials, and design may occur and are not considered defects. Product images are representative only.

2. Custom Orders

Custom and personalized items are created specifically for each customer and are final sale. You are responsible for reviewing all details prior to production. Scazio Studio is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to errors, suspected fraud, or product availability. If canceled, a refund will be issued.

4. Shipping

Processing times vary and are estimates only. Scazio Studio is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages once marked delivered, or errors due to incorrect shipping information.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact info@scaziostudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, logos, and content are the property of Scazio Studio. No reproduction, resale, or commercial use is permitted without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Scazio Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

9. Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting.
