Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@scaziostudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review and determine an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, or errors caused by incorrect shipping information.
