You can upload your photo using the “Share Your Photo With Us” button on the product page or email it to photos@scaziostudio.com.(mailto:photos@scaziostudio.com) Please include your name, phone number, and order number so we can match your photo to your order.

Proofs are available as an optional add-on at checkout. If selected, you’ll receive a digital proof to review before stitching begins. Orders without the proof option selected will proceed directly into production.

Photo changes may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as production has not begun. Once stitching starts, changes can’t be made.

We do not remove or alter details from submitted photos. Each piece is created as a true-to-photo interpretation in our signature embroidery style.

We do not offer revisions once an order has been placed. Please review your photo and customization details carefully before checkout.

Each piece is hand-guided machine embroidered and interpreted in our signature style. While we aim to stay true to your photo, slight variations in texture and detail are part of the artisanal process.

All pieces are made to order. Please allow [10-15 business days] for creation before shipping. Framed pieces may require additional processing time.

Due to the personalized nature of our work, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

We offer flat-rate shipping. Your shipping total will be shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.
